About Our Timeless Clothing

We know this is a time of uncertainty. Here at Heirloom, we want to reassure you we are doing everything we can to help you and our employees stay safe and healthy. These are a few of the steps we are taking during COVID-19:

  • We have sanitized and disinfected our warehouse and store and continue to do so multiple times a day
  • Our employees are keeping a 6 foot distance from one another
  • All employees who demonstrate symptoms or are sick are required to stay home
  • We have closed our retail store to encourage online shopping
  • We are exercising safety measures with all returns
  • All of our products are and will continue to be made in the USA and not imported internationally
  • Our Costco roadshows are still happening- check our Costco schedule if you need to find us in person.

How does your clothing fit?  Our essential shirts have more of a fitted feel to them. You will find them to be exceptionally comfortable due to the high quality fabric that we use and feminine design, but they do not fit like a typical loose fitting T-shirt. On our Collection items, we make every effort in the product description to help you know how to consider sizing for that product.


What if I need to return an item?  While we are not Amazon (yet), we are attempting to make the return process as simple and hassle free as possible.  If you need to return a product, please contact us with the reason for your return at info@heirloomclothing.com within 45 days of purchase.  Instructions on how to process your return will be sent.  If your products are in like-new condition, you will be issued a full refund.  After 45 days of purchase, in-store credit may be offered.  DAILY DEALS and Closeout items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or receive in-store credit if returned in like-new condition.  We generally will get you taken care of within 48 business hours.


Where else can I buy Heirloom products? You can find Heirloom products at Costco roadshows from time to time. Check out our Costco schedule on the site to see if a show will be in your area soon.


What makes you different than other clothing companies? We are a real life clothing company with affordable products that are functional yet fashionable. See our diagram at the bottom of our homepage.


What color eyes does Shellie have? They are blue!


Why did you name the company Heirloom? We see our essential shirts as timeless. They have lasted the test of time over the last 15 years.


Why do you have a Closeout section? Whenever we run out of 2 sizes that our products come in, we move it to the Close Out section.  We also reduce the prices similar to a warehouse setting so that you get the best value for a product that has limited sizing choices.  We do this so that you can be confident that the clothing found in the online store is available and, also, so that we can sell out of product that is typically being transitioned between seasons.
