RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer Satisfaction is important to us. When one of our products doesn’t work for you, we want to help! Getting you in the right shirt is our priority. Our goal is to take care of you within 24 business hours.

Returns and Exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery date. Contact Customer Support at info@heirloomclothing.com for instructions. Please ensure that your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 30 days, it will not be accepted. We cannot guarantee refunds/exchanges will be processed unless you have contacted us first and return conditions are met.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item or there is a mistake on our part (wrong item/color/size), please contact us at info@heirloomclothing.com within 7 days of delivery. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damaged/incorrect item. After 7 days, Heirloom Clothing can no longer be responsible.

Return Shipping Costs are paid by the customer. Heirloom Clothing is not responsible for exchanges/returns lost during return shipping. We strongly suggest shipping returns with a service that provides tracking information.

Condition of Returned Items: Returns must be in new condition, meaning that the item is in original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and free of smoke and other odors. Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, hair (pet or human), and free of any other marks or stains. If an item is returned to us in non-resellable condition, no refund will be given. If requested, item can be returned to customer at their cost. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Closeout & Items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refund/exchange. All sales are final on closeout items and items purchased using a discount code.
