RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer Satisfaction is important to us. When one of our products doesn’t work for you, we want to help! Getting you in the right shirt is our priority. Our goal is to take care of you within 24 business hours.

For Returns, Exchanges or Product Questions get in touch with customer support at info@heirloomclothing.com We’ll work with you on a product exchange or send instructions on how to return a product.

Return Shipping Costs are paid by the customer. Upon receipt of your return, we will ship size or color exchanges at no additional expense to you.

Condition of Returned Items. Products returned for exchange or refund must be received within 45 days of purchase and will be inspected once received. Only unused, unwashed and “like new” merchandise with tags still attached may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or exchanged for a different size or color.

Close Out & Daily Deal Items cannot be returned for a cash refund. We do offer exchanges or in-store credit if returned within 45 days. Final sale items cannot be returned.
